BG&EG9X Series Mini_PCIe

BG9X is a series of multi-mode (LTE Cat M1/LTE Cat NB2/EGPRS) LPWA modules that support 3GPP Release 14 protocol specifications. Under LTE Cat M1 network, the module can support a maximum uplink rate of 1119 kbps and a maximum downlink rate of 588 kbps. Adopting built-in MCP and ARM Cortex A7 processor supporting ThreadX system, this series of modules has ultra-low power consumption; Compared with similar products, its PSM leakage is reduced by 70% and power consumption in eDRX mode is reduced by 85%.

The BG9X series has a complete set of hardware designed security features that allow trusted applications to run directly on the Cortex A7 TrustZone engine. Its packaging design is compatible with LTE standard modules EG91/EG95, NB IoT modules BC35-G/BC95 R2.0, and UMTS/HPSA modules UG96, making it easy for customers to quickly and flexibly design and upgrade products.

The packaging size of BG9X series is only 23.6 mm × 19.9 mm × 2.2 mm, and it also has the characteristics of low power consumption, high integration, and high mechanical strength, which can maximize the convenience for customers in product development. Adopting LGA packaging, this series of modules is particularly suitable for the automation SMT needs of contemporary large-scale production, and is easy to SMT soldering and after-sales maintenance.

The rich Internet protocols, industrial standard interfaces and rich functions extend the application scope of the module to a wider range of M2M applications, such as wireless POS, intelligent metering, tracking, wearable devices, etc.
